Meet the CEO & Founder
My name is Janitza Renee, and I am the CEO and founder of Renee’s Power of Knowledge Tutoring Services. I bring over four years of teaching experience to my work, and I currently serve as a charter school educator. Through my experience in the classroom, I have seen firsthand the challenges many students face when it comes to building strong foundations in reading and math.
My passion for Renee’s Power of Knowledge Tutoring Services comes from my commitment to helping young learners succeed. I created this program to provide the personalized support that many students may not receive in a traditional classroom setting. I believe every child deserves the opportunity to feel confident in their abilities and develop a love for learning.
Through my tutoring services, I am dedicated to creating a supportive and engaging environment where K–2 students can strengthen their skills, overcome challenges, and reach their full potential.
RPK's Story and Mission
Renee’s Power of Knowledge Tutoring Services was founded in May 2024 with a passion for helping young learners who struggle with reading and math during their early academic years. After seeing how many children face challenges in building these foundational skills, and how some families lack the resources to provide additional academic support, I was inspired to create a program that could make a meaningful difference.
Our mission is to empower K–2 students with the skills, confidence, and support they need to succeed in reading and math. We are committed to providing personalized, engaging, and accessible tutoring that meets each child where they are. We also strive to support families by offering resources and guidance to help their children continue learning beyond tutoring sessions.
Through Renee’s Power of Knowledge Tutoring Services, our goal is to help close early learning gaps, uplift families, and ensure that every child has the opportunity to build a strong academic foundation and a love for learning.
